CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION HIRE
Payment of the deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these conditions of accommodation hire.
Cancellation policy (If caused by the guest)
Deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable. If your booking is cancelled between 14 and 30 days of your arrival 50% of your total is non refundable. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival your total is non refundable.
Cancellation policy (If caused by a mandatory Covid-19 closure)
All monies paid are non refundable, however, will be held as a credit voucher which can be used towards a stay within 12 months of the original date of stay.
The Hirer agrees that the Hirer and any of the Hirer’s party will not hold Woodlane Cottages or any of its associated partners liable for any personal injury or property loss whilst on Woodlane Cottages property located at 45 McCarthy Rd, Nulkaba, NSW. All activity engaged in whilst on the Woodlane Cottages property, is at the Hirer and their party’s own risk.
Should the number in the party exceed that originally booked &/or noted in this agreement below &/or stipulated by Woodlane Cottages as the maximum number of guests for the accommodation booked for your stay, the nominated credit card will be charged the applicable fees for additional occupants.
Additional occupants and beds only by prior arrangement
Kookaburra and Currawong cottage each have the option of one single rollaway bed (children under 12yrs only), one queen sofa bed and one porta cot. Fantail has the option of one porta cot. Blue Wren has the option of one queen sofa bed and one porta cot. All additional bedding MUST be pre booked to ensure the cleaners supply appropriate linen and prepare the beds accordingly. Additional occupant and bed fees apply and must be prepaid, these fees include the supply of linen (cot linen is not provided) and preparation of the applicable extra bed. The rollaway, porta cot & sofa bed are checked by management prior to and after each hire, in the event of any damage during a stay the full replacement cost will be liable to be paid.
Any damage (or missing items) other than normal wear and tear to the property and its contents or lack of general cleanliness (ash from the wood fire, carpet burns, dirt/mud or stains of any kind on the carpet, hard floors, furniture or bedding; dirty dishes, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc) at the end of the hire will be paid for by the Hirer or deducted from the nominated credit card.
There is a NO SMOKING policy inside the cottages at Woodlane Cottages. For those who do smoke indoors an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the nominated credit card for the dry cleaning and/or laundering of all affected soft furnishings within the cottage including bedding, curtains, cushions, lounges. If guests do smoke outside the cottage please place all cigarette butts in the ashtray or bins provided on the verandah. DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground as we live in a bush fire prone environment.
Should you use the BBQ, please ensure you clean it with the BBQ tools provided in the kitchen drawer, this will avoid an additional cleaning charge of $25 being charged to the nominated credit card.
Please dispose of all rubbish including bottle tops & cigarette butts into the bins provided, not on the surrounding grounds. Disposable nappies must be disposed of into the bins on your verandah and NOT in the kitchen or bathroom bins. An additional large skip bin is located in the centre of the cottages and villas for any excess rubbish.
Should, in the opinion of a Woodlane Cottage’s staff member, the Hirer or any of the hirer’s group be found to be causing offence to other guests or Woodlane Cottages staff, including loud music or voices, the hire will be immediately terminated and the Hirer and their party requested to leave the property. Intoxication from drugs or alcohol by the Hirer or any of their group, whilst on the Woodlane Cottages property will cause termination of the hire and the Hirer and their group will be requested to leave the property. No refunds of hire fees will be given in this circumstance.
The pool is open in the warmer months during daylight hours ONLY. No food or drink is to be taken into the pool enclosure. Should guests contaminate the pool with broken glass, then the cottage hirer will be liable for all costs associated with removal, cleaning and replacement of water. All children under the age of 12 years must be supervised at all times by an adult. Unsupervised children will be asked to leave the pool area. No infants in the pool unless they are wearing a swimming nappy. Please no bombing into the pool for safety and to minimise excess splash out as we rely on rainwater to fill the pool after excess water loss.
Check in is anytime from 2pm. Early check in may be possible based on availability and must be requested by contacting Kirsty on 0414 346126 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Check out is anytime before 10am unless previously arranged with Kirsty. Cleaners are booked to arrive at 10am to commence cleaning and prepare the cottages for new guest arrivals. Guests who do not check out on time will incur a fee of $50 per hour past the checkout time, to the nominated credit card.
Sorry although we love animals, pets are NOT allowed while staying at Woodlane Cottages as we do not permit animals inside our villas for hygiene reasons and there is no suitable fencing to secure pets outside the cottages.
